What exactly is
LimoJet?
|
|
LimoJet is an on-demand charter service between
airports in our geographic region.
We offer competitive point-to-point transportation between
local and regional airports at your convenience. It is the most time and
cost effective way for you to go from one suburban or rural community to
another on short notice.
|
|
Why is LimoJet less expense than most charters?
|
|
Traditional charter, charges a per hour aircraft and crew fee,
plus repositioning fees and waiting time. Our fees are for occupied flight
time only, and we lower your costs further by selling vacant seats on
flights between airports.
If for example you are in Eureka,
California and have Clients in Livermore, Reno, Ogden and Bakersfield,
flying LimoJet can save hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars a year.
With LimoJet you arrive at important meetings free of the
post-traumatic stress, rumpled clothes and frayed temper from rush-hour
commutes, airport road and parking lot jams, crowded terminals, endless
baggage lines, and slow security checkpoints.
|
|
What type of aircraft does LimoJet fly?
|
|
Our
next-generation VLJs fly at 340 mph at over 40,000 ft, use fuel-efficient,
low-thrust, low-noise turbofan jet engines to achieve business-jet
performance at a fraction of the cost. They can operate out of over 5,000
airports throughout the United
States, opening a world of options,
carrying three passengers at exceptional Client comfort on flights.
|
|
Where, and how far
can LimoJet take me?
|
|
There’s no distance limit, but in practical terms, our
VLJs are time and cost competitive with business and first-class airline
travel up to 1,000 miles.
Flights
are booked on our online Reservation Portal or call center. Simply enter
your departure and arrival points, time you need to arrive, and the
earliest time you're willing to leave. We show your flight time, allowing
you to select a time-window for your flight. Reservations are not
contingent on others traveling, and flights will not be cancelled or the
rate increased.
|
|
Does LimoJet have
airline and security hassles?
|
|
LimoJet carries three to four passengers rather than 200 to
400, making security and check-in procedures virtually transparent. You
arrive 15 minutes before your flight, identify yourself and be checked for
contraband, your bags are stowed, and you board.
|
|
How can my company benefit from using LimoJet?
|
LimoJet
solves the problem of being forced to drive to business trips, because
there has been no other practical way to get between distant locations.
Sales people have quotas, and lose enormous amount of time stuck in a car.
LimoJet can relieve their pain, and their CEOs will find our service a more
productive option.
Flying LimoJet ensure that you arrive at important meetings
free of post-traumatic stress, rumpled clothes and frayed temper from
rush-hour commutes, airport access road and parking lot jams, crowded
terminals, endless baggage check lines, and slow-moving security
checkpoints.

What are the Amenities and Configuration?
|
|
VLJs are a new class of aircraft, the first from-the-ground-up
redefinition of what a high-performance, limited-seating passenger airplane
should be in over 20 years.
They are the first aircraft engineered specifically with
state-of-the-art electronic navigation and control systems, and
incorporates advanced onboard fire-control system that is more effective
than 90% of the world's airliners.
All VLJ are designed to transport small groups of people in
executive-level luxury. The seats are in conference or lounge
configuration. Power outlets for notebook computers, portable DVD players,
razors, air-to-ground telephone service, and work surfaces are available at
each seat.

|
What’s is government saying about LimoJet
service?
|
|
Projected growth of conventional and VLJ Limousine Services
are key elements of the Small Aircraft Transportation System (SATS)
developed by the FAA and NASA. A NASA report states that an expanded
Air-taxi/Limousine service and expansion and improvements in the nation's
Air Traffic Control system could produce an travel-time reduction of 50% by
2015.
